An experience with Past Life Regression Therapy at the Soulmate Therapy Centre, Pune. I stumbled upon the Soulmate Therapy Centre as I was Googling for past-life regression (PLR) experts in the city. I wanted to heal myself of shortcomings such as fear of changes in my life, tension in getting intimate with people and particularly with the opposite person and I wanted to heal myself after my grandmother, to whom I was the most attached to, passed to the spirit world. In fact, I just wanted to hear from an expert how PLR could help. After enquiring about the process from Col. Umakant Saxena and having read Dr. Brian Weiss books after high school, PLR sounded promising to heal a person completely to me. Also, talking to Col. Saxena made me feel very comfortable and his expertise in this field convinced me to undertake PLR. So, I undertook PLR with the intention to experience and feel how it would turn out. I was also curious to know how a person does not sleep but still travels back in time and recollects information about his/hers past lives and how it could help me. I was guided effectively into PLR by Col. Saxena. Before the experience, I wondered if I would hallucinate and imagine things when I had to recollect my past-lives. However, the flashes of images that you obtain are so strong and powerful in your memory, that when you complete PLR, you would yourself know that these are very different than imagined thoughts. And, it takes a lot of effort to imagine, whereas thoughts from past-lives just flow and they have a magnetic staying power. Even when I questioned these thoughts during PLR, they insisted on staying. The best way, I was confirmed that these were PLR thoughts was when I finished with each PLR session, I felt that the thoughts are more powerful in memory and emotions than the thoughts you get in your dreams after you wake up. I actually felt the emotions and my body would respond to the emotions more than when I would dream in sleep state. After finishing PLR, these past-life thoughts would stay whereas thoughts in dreams would vanish quickly. In PLR, I recollected about three past lives and felt each and every emotion when my soul was in different bodies. I felt emotions, the fears and tensions in my past-lives that seemed to repeat in my present life. Then by experiencing them, I released these fears and emotions that created obstacles in my present life. It was all in the encyclopaedia of my soul. Under Col. Saxena’s help and guidance, in PLR, I forgave souls and asked them to be transmuted to light by divine light. Hello Everybody, Namaskar. I am Sameer Asaramji Dhote. I am 32 year old guy hailed from Gondia , a small town in Maharashtra. I have done my Engineering in Information Technology stream in 2003. I was doing job since 2004. As soon as I completed my graduation in 2003 suddenly I was stroked by lot many problems in life. I was facing hurdles in almost all aspects of my life. I always use to put all possible efforts to make my thing properly working but I don’t know why things were not working in my favour.
