Located at /book. Patients choose their therapeutic focus (PLR, Anxiety, Insomnia), select In-Clinic (Pune) vs Online Video, and choose payment mode (Pay at Clinic or UPI Pay Online).

Named Aura. Trained on Col Umakant Saxena's clinical hypnotherapy methods with instant language switching (English, Hindi, Marathi) and automatic patient lead triage.

2. The 7 Admin Portal Tabs (/admin)

The private clinical desk is accessible at /admin. Below is how each tab operates:

Appointments & Consultations

Displays all booked therapy sessions. For UPI payments, staff verify the transaction ID against the clinic's bank app and click "Payment Verified & Lock Seat". For in-clinic bookings, it provides one-click confirmation and calendar locking.

Therapy Sessions & Slot Capacities

Control daily consultation slot limits for In-Clinic Pune Sessions (Wanowrie Clinic) and Online Video Consultations (Google Meet). Modify consultation fees and adjust available slots with instant + / - controls.

Tab 3
Patient Inquiries & Intake Leads

Live stream of inquiries from the Contact form and assessment tools. Displays patient age, city, primary psychological or physical concern, phone number, and preferred session mode.

Chatbot Transcripts & Live Conversations

Complete transcripts of conversations between patients and the AI assistant. Filter by language (English, Hindi, Marathi) to review patient queries and follow up on hot leads.

4. Daily 10-Minute Clinical Checklist

1. Morning (10:30 AM): Review Today's Appointments

Open Tab 1 on /admin to check in-clinic vs online appointments scheduled for the day.

2. Triage Inquiries (Tab 3):

Follow up on any patient inquiries regarding Past Life Regression, anxiety therapy, or de-addiction via WhatsApp or call.

3. Weekly Friday Data Backup (Tab 7):

Click "Export Leads & Appointments to CSV" to download a local backup for clinic records.
